I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable and spacious, with a nice terrace area and a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I appreciated the mosquito blinds on all the windows, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The surrounding area was really relaxing, with plenty of parking available. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of services and amenities, including a comprehensive children's play area, a spa, and an indoor heated swimming pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from beginning to end.
I highly recommend this hotel to families. It caters well to children, with a lot of activities included in the price.

The scenery surrounding the hotel was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed taking walks and bike rides around the area, exploring the natural beauty. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always available to help us with whatever we needed. To top it off, the spa and pool facilities were excellent, providing a much-needed relaxation after a busy day of activities.
Our New Year's Eve experience was far from satisfactory. the dinner buffet was overpriced and the food was less than appetizing.

Family-oriented facilities and activities, including a comprehensive playing area with lots to do. Ideal location near a lake, allowing for lake walks and swimming. Family restaurant with variety of menu options and good quality food.
Rooms are not soundproof and the apartments are too close to each other. Difficulties with luggage, especially with young children, due to the long haul from the reception area to the car park.
